How do I book?
Pick your dates and tap "Book on WhatsApp". You'll be put in direct contact with the host or operator of that property to confirm availability and arrange the booking. No intermediary commissions: direct, person-to-person dealing.
Does Lonia charge a booking commission?
No. You book directly with whoever operates the stay: Lonia, its owner or its manager, depending on the case. No booking commissions involved.
Are the calendars up to date?
Active calendars sync with Airbnb periodically. Even so, before closing a booking you can confirm availability directly over WhatsApp.
How do I know it is reliable?
Every stay listed on Lonia goes through a verification process. We evaluate both the space and its host or operator to confirm they align with our quality, transparency and hospitality criteria. Stays with a track record on Airbnb also show their real reviews.
What are the booking conditions?
You can book directly with the host or, when available, through platforms such as Airbnb or Booking. In a direct booking, 50% is usually requested to block the dates, with the balance due before or at check-in. Depending on the stay, the host may also request a security deposit. All conditions are disclosed and confirmed before any payment is made.
